GNC CHILDREN’S MINISTRY

Our Vision for Our Children

The primary responsibility of discipleship of children belongs to their parents. However, as a covenant community we also believe the church community should help and support parents in the discipleship of our children. Our hope is to teach our children about basic doctrines of the gospel and the basic practices of the Christian faith.

Parents

Equip parents with resources to help guide the conversations at home as you disciple your children i.e Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer calendars, weekly lesson recaps, recommended children’s books, devotionals, lesson guides.

Covenant Community

Create more opportunities to serve and support children’s ministry either by providing snacks, teaching a lesson, leading small groups or VBS.

Kiddos

Continue to teach them the basic doctrines of the Gospel and basic practices of the Christian faith by building their vocabulary, deepening their Bible literacy so that they continue to grow in their faith. Additionally, create spaces where they can put their faith in action not just inside the church but outside as well.
